Multiple Personalities

We all have multiple personalities and life roles, daughters, sons; wife, husbands; mothers, fathers; workers, bosses; and our own self identities. These multi-roles can drive us crazy if we forget to be ourselves first as we move through the other roles. It’s the old adage “be true to yourself,” in action. We all have times in our lives when we take a backseat to the needs of others and this is acceptable occasionally, as long as our values and dreams aren’t compromised in the process.

Why in the world would I start my website home page with this strange opening? It’s very simple really. When I envisioned my website I wanted to have three primary areas that I could talk about. Sure there is some overlap, but by dividing them others can look at the areas that interest them without getting bogged down in the other stuff. So I’ve taken three of my primary interests/roles and laid them out for you.

I love writing and reading. I write all kinds of material, some of which you will see here. I may even comment on books I’ve read.

My business, Innovative Analysis & Education provides a way for me to produce educational materials, present programs, do webinars and guide others to empowered relationships. I am a strong advocate of the Educated Healthcare Consumer. I write and speak about this topic and have a radio show that supports educating others about health and wellness topics.
